Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Cardio & Tone - Cardio Hi/Lo combinations with a variety of segments for toning, fat burning, and abdominal work. All levels welcome, go at your own pace!
Flex and Tone !
Kickbox / Interval Training
Muscle / Sculpt - Does just that! Using hand weights, resistant tubing, Body Bars, and Pilates’ to help create a toned, defined look. More muscle burns more calories.
Cardio & Legs
Step & Tone - High energy stepping for the beginner to the advanced. Choreography that is challenging, but not too difficult. Toning for the whole body using bands, weights, body bars, and Pilates*.
Spinning - Ride at your own pace, all levels welcomed!
*Pilates - We want to educate everyone to the fundamental understanding of core strength and stabilization as it applies to movement. The exercises selected are based on principles of core stabilization, Pilates, matwork, and physical therapy techniques. Matwork Fundamentals is designed for everyone - young, old, athletic, sedentary, and even those rehabilitating from injuries.
Yoga - Learn to cultivate a union between mind, body and spirit. Use the breath to move through a series of poses - or asanas - to create a focused mind, a healthy body and an energized spirit. All levels of experience are welcome to enjoy the benefits of this balanced practice.
All Classes are designed for all levels of fitness.
