Kid’s Fitness Program: Ages 8 - 14
Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays
4:30pm or 6:30pm
3rd day or make-up day - Saturdays at 9:30am
Each session will be about 45 minutes: Approximately 8 minutes warm-up, 30 minutes circuit training, and a five minutes cool-down.
